SHARE VICTIM OF COLLISION NEAR NEPHI IS IDENTIFIED

The man killed in an automobile accident 14 miles west of Nephi has been identified as LeGrande Wilson, 50.

He was dead at the scene after a head-on collision of a double-tanker truck and a delivery truck, UHP trooper Steve Pelton said. The accident occurred on U-132 between Nephi and Delta about 5 a.m. Friday when Wilson's westbound bread-delivery truck collided with the eastbound tanker.Wilson was ejected and both vehicles ended up in borrow pits, Pelton said. The driver of tanker was taken to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, where he was listed in serious condition. His name was not released.
