Warner Bros. is going to make a movie based on the life of Poland's Lech Walesa. A Warner Bros. spokesman refused to disclose the price of rights and other details but said the deal was consumated Saturday morning in England, where Walesa was on a five-day visit. Walesa, who rose from shipyard electrician to Nobel Peace Prize winner, had to delay his meeting with British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher because of the length of the talks. "In these times of extraordinary social and political change in Eastern Europe, we all recognized that it began with Lech Walesa and Solidarity in Poland," said Mark Canton, executive vice president for Warner Bros.
