Leila Leigh Perri, 32, Helper, was killed in a head-on collision Wednesday, two miles northeast of Price, the highway patrol said.
Her car crossed the center lane and collided with another vehicle at 8:17 p.m., the patrol said.The driver of the other vehicle, Richard G. Huff, 28, and a passenger, Kimberly Huff, both of Price, were taken to Castleview Hospital and were listed in stable condition, a nursing supervisor said.
