SHARE SOVIET DANCE, BALLET COMPANIES TOURING U.S.

The Soviet Union's renowned Moiseyev Dance Company is touring the United States and Igor Moiseyev, who founded the company in 1937 and who is now 83, is still choreographing new works.

After a two-week engagement at Radio City Music Hall in New York, the company has dates through March 20 in in Washington, D.C.; Chicago; Clearwater, Fla.; Miami Beach; Los Angeles; Cupertino, Calif., and San Francisco.Also, the Kirov Ballet of Leningrad, not seen in the United States for 25 years, will perform in four American cities next summer, including the Metropolitan Opera, July 2-22; Washington, D.C., July 25-Aug. 6; San Francisco, Aug. 9-16, and Orange County Performing Arts Center, Costa Mesa, Calif., Aug. 18-27.

Also engaged at the Met this summer is the London Festival Ballet, July 25-Aug. 5, appearing after a Kennedy Center engagement in Washington, D.C., July 18-23.
