Salt Lake County's Utah State University Extension agents have scheduled special workshops on a variety of subjects for National Garden Week, April 9-15.
To help area residents plan a more productive and successful gardening season, these classes are being offered:Tuesday, April 11

- "Gardening in a Drought" (with an emphasis on drip irrigation), Duane Hatch, 3-5 p.m., Salt Lake County Government Center, 2100 S. State, Room S-1007, and 7-9 p.m., Granger Bishop's Storehouse, 3648 S. 72nd West.
