While the rest of us are holding garage sales, working in our yards and acquiring tans during the sunny weeks of April, the Salt Lake Shriners will be practicing their motorcycle driving. For the next three weeks, the Shriners will spend hours polishing their road skills in preparation for the City/ County Building parade on April 29. The parade is one of several celebrations that will mark the opening of the refurbished building. The Shriners will don their famous fezes for the event, riding in a tight formation honed by hours of driving back and forth behind the Masonic Hall on South Temple.
