A Riverton man who admitted being intoxicated the night he lost control of his car, which rolled and killed his passenger, has been ordered to begin serving a prison term of up to five years.

Gregory J. Bardin, 25, pleaded guilty in February to vehicle homicide, a third-degree felony, in the July 24, 1988 death of Jacqueline Anderson, 24, Sandy.Anderson was riding with Bardin about 7 p.m. when he lost control of the car on I-15 near 90th South, partially ejecting Anderson, who was dead at the scene.
