Crossland Savings is sponsoring a child identification program through April 28. A confidential set of a child's fingerprints can be obtained at any branch during normal banking hours.

Branch employees have been trained by local law enforcement officials in fingerprint techniques, said Christopher J. Sumner, president. Only parents receive sets of the fingerprints. The service is open to the public at large as well as Crossland customers.The financial institution has branch offices in downtown Salt Lake City, Sugar House, Holladay and Murray. The promotion is part of "Safe Child Month."
