If you are feeling depressed, anxious, angry, out of control, overweight or stressed out you may want to attend the Timpanogos Mental Health Wellness Conference May 19 and 20.

Experts in various disciplines of emotional and physical health will offer some guidelines to help individuals avoid disease and develop skills for a healthy lifestyle. And it's all free.Dr. Martha C. Cottrill, a New York City physician, will discuss "A Nutritional Approach to the Prevention of Disease, How to Eat and be Healthy," at 7 p.m. Friday.

Garth Fisher will speak at 9 a.m. Saturday on weight control and fitness. He will be followed by a variety of other speakers who will teach stress-management techniques, emotional wellness through marriage and family relationships, preparation for emergencies and how to maintain balance in life.

The conference will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Brigham Young University Conference Center (Harmon Building), 770 E. University Parkway.
