An unidentified woman whose nude body was discovered last weekend alongside I-70 in Emery County apparently died of strangulation, authorities say.

Sheriff Lamar Guymon said Tuesday an autopsy showed the victim was strangled, possibly about two months ago.A Colorado couple discovered the body in a small ravine next to the freeway about 22 miles west of Green River.
