When Alan Osmond orchestrates his circus in the skies at the July Fourth Stadium of Fire fireworks spectacular, Willard Scott, popular NBC weatherman, will be on the ground directing the action as circus ringmaster.

"Willard Scott is Mr. America as far as I'm concerned, Osmond said. "When we designed a gigantic circus theme for this year, Willard was the logical and top choice to lead the festivities."Scott has been a familiar face to millions of Americans across the country since early 1980 when he accepted the position of weather reporter on the "Today" morning television show. He changed the way people listen to their morning weather report with "Willard's Weather," which is part of a unique act in which he announces country fairs, hospital fund-raisers and birthdays.

Joining Scott will be Keshia Pulliam, the youngest Huxtable on the "Cosby" TV show, and the popular singing group, The Jets. Six thrill acts and Paul Austin's fireworks will add to the circus.
