Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis, in his first trip to New Hampshire since the 1988 presidential campaign, borrowed a line from comedian Jay Leno to chide President Bush about the Alaska oil spill.

"Those fish in Boston Harbor are looking better and better every day," he said Tuesday, accusing the Bush administration of doing too little to help clean up the 11 million gallons of oil dumped into Prince William Sound March 24.Pollution in the harbor was the focus of Bush attacks on Dukakis's environmental policies during the campaign.

Dukakis was one of the guest speakers at a bipartisan political roast for one of the state's highest-ranking Democrats, House Minority Leader Mary Chambers.
