A Salt Lake man has been ordered to appear in 3rd District Court to answer to a charge he killed a Provo man outside a downtown restaurant last month.

Mark Deron Harrison, 19, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Grant Glover, 22, who was shot through the right eye April 9 with a .25-caliber handgun. The shooting was the result of a dispute that had occurred earlier inside the restaurant at 177 E. Second South.

A preliminary hearing was held last week before 3rd Circuit Judge Eleanor Van Sciver, who ruled there was sufficient probable cause to warrant the charges and ordered Harrison to be arraigned June 2 before 3rd District Judge David S. Young.
