Teens worry about cholesterol, but don't know what to do about it. A recent Gallup poll found that one out of three teen-agers is concerned about developing acute health problems, but they eat most of the same foods as those who expressed no such concerns. Almost half of those worried about their health indicated they try to eat a heart-healthy diet, but are confused about which foods tend to raise blood cholesterol levels.
