2 BUTLER STUDENTS WIN NATIONAL COMPETITION

Two Butler Middle School students are winners in the national Future Problem Solving Scenario Division.

Sharlene Lasson won second place nationally and Quinn Weber fourth place. Both are in the ninth grade at Butler. Their papers will be published and disseminated. The students are the first from Utah to compete on national level, said Mary Ann Payne, their coach and a teacher in the school's gifted and talented program.
