Cocaine was found in the body of a man who was shot and killed in February after he broke into a man's house.
Ogden Detective John Stubbs said a recently released toxicology report showed cocaine was found in the body of Tyrone Boyer, 30, Roy. Stubbs refused to say if alcohol was found in Boyer's body.Boyer was shot three times in the chest, once in the shoulder and once in the head with a .22-caliber handgun.
Joseph Jones, 63, shot and killed Boyer after the man broke into Jones' downtown apartment and attacked him.
Weber County Attorney Reed Richards said no criminal charges would be filed against Jones because the shooting was justified.
Reed said he assumed Boyer broke into Jones' apartment to rob him. Boyer was wearing a mask at the time.
