There will be kilts and bagpipes galore as Utah's Scots celebrate their heritage at the 15th Annual Scottish Festival and Highland Games in Park City June 17.

The event will include a parade, pipe-and-drum competition, Highland athletic competition, a clan parade, clan reunions and Highland dancing. The festivities will begin at 9 a.m. with a parade down Main Street and resume at 10 a.m. in City Park, 1354 Park Street.Former U.S. Treasury Secretary David M. Kennedy will be chieftain of the day. Kennedy, 83, is special representative for the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
