SHARE RETARDED MAN STILL MISSING NEAR HEBER

More than 50 people combed the area near Camp Rogers Friday and Saturday looking for a mentally retarded man who walked away from the camp.

Dispatcher Todd Bonner of the Wasatch County sheriff's office, said Joe Olson, 44, Ogden, walked away from the camp near Soapstone, about 20 miles northeast of Heber City, about 7:30 a.m. Friday. Authorities were called into the search about noon.Bonner said officials of the group of handicapped individuals with which Olson was camping said the missing man has the mind of a 3-year-old. He is also in need of medication.

Planes and volunteers on the ground were used in the search.
