Nina Randolph and David Lujan exchange wedding vows while aboard a stationary trolley car parked at Trolley Square. When Randolph told her mother she wanted to get married on a trolley car, her mother thought she was joking. It was no joke. Because Randolph had met Lujan while riding a bus, she wanted the ceremony performed on one. The couple met while Randolph was on her way to classes at the Salt Lake Community Center and Lujan was going to work. Justice of the Peace Richard Andrus, right, performed the Thursday ceremony. As a rule, trolleys are not available for private parties, but because "they met on a bus" UTA made an exception. After the ceremony, the bride's mother said, "It was a beautiful setting."
