It's out with the old and in with the relatively new at the Federal Building, 125 S. State. Lisa Adams of the U.S. General Services Administration took down the photograph of ex-President Reagan on Monday and installed the new one of President Bush that will preside over the lobby during Bush's presidency. Why did it take so long to change photos? "That's as soon as Washington sent us the pictures," she said. GSA has been waiting for new photographs since Bush was inaugurated in January. Asked whether this kind of delay is typical, she said she didn't know: "I haven't been here that long." After all, it was eight years ago that Reagan's photo went up.
