SHARE PRESIDENT OF S.L. LAW FIRM JOINS WILLIAMSBURG BOARD

Francis H. Suitter, founder, president and director of Suitter, Axland, Armstrong and Hanson, a Salt Lake law firm, has been appointed to the board of directors of Williamsburg Savings Bank, according to D. Gary Alvey, president.

Suitter is a University of Utah honors graduate with a bachelor's degree in banking and finance, and in 1967 he graduated with honors from George Washington University National Law Center with a law degree. In his practice, he specializes in corporation, banking and business law.From 1964-67, Suitter was a financial analyst for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he assisted registrants in complying with federal securities laws. He also worked with the Branch of Market Surveillance in detecting irregularities in market activity.
