A man forced to battle all the way to the Supreme Court for a possibly life-saving abortion for his comatose wife has filed a $20 million suit against two anti-abortion activists and the hospital that tried to stop him. "I thought they were playing Russian roulette with my wife's life," Martin Klein said. His wife, Nancy, had an abortion Feb. 11 after the Supreme Court refused to block the procedure he contended could save her life. She had been in a coma since a Dec. 13 car accident and was 17 weeks pregnant when the abortion was finally performed. Her doctors contended the abortion was necessary for her survival and recovery.
