UTAH, FLORIDA FIRMS SIGN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

SHARE UTAH, FLORIDA FIRMS SIGN DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

MicroCor Inc., a subsidiary of InMedica Development Corp., a public Utah corporation, and Critikon Inc., a Florida corporation, have signed a development and license agreement, according to Allan L. Kaminsky, MicroCor president.

The agreement specifies that MicroCor will provide consulting services to Critikon for the purpose of developing products that merge the companies' respective proprietary medical device technologies.
