The Salt Lake City Library System is sponsoring a series of free lectures on Spain in conjunction with a guided tour of that country March 13-27.
The lectures by University of Utah professors on the history, literature and art of Spain will be held at the Main Library, 209 E. 500 South, at 7 p.m. Feb. 14, 21 and 28. The public is invited as well as tour participants.The 15-day tour, being arranged by Murdock Travel, will cost $1,795. Of that, $100 will go to the Friends of the Library. Stops will include Madrid, Toledo, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Sevilla and Salamanca.
