For those accustomed to highlights, the procedure is much the same, only instead of bleaching strands of hair and wrapping them in foil, the strands are tinted, sometimes using more than one shade."Bronze is the best look with which to begin the 1990s," says Stinchcomb, color director at the Yves Claude Bis salon. "It's the perfect way to accessorize the rich earth colors in clothes."
