Loving mother, grandmother, sister, Nancy Ellen King, died October 19, 1990 in West Valley at the age of 74.
Born November 29, 1915 in Wallsburg, Utah to Peter and Hanna Jackson Tonge. Married Daniel H. King Sr. September of 1951 in Salt Lake City. He preceded her in death in 1978. She worked as a Nurses Aide and Supervisor for numerous hospitals and nursing homes, for 14 plus years. Enjoyed being a hard worker, cook, and her gardening.Survived by children, James W. Banks, Joan Megli, Robyn Mears and Daniel King Jr., 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters, Cordelia Coonradt, Jeanette Dunkin, and brother, Leon Robert Tonge. Preceded in death by children, Nancy Jean Carver and Lloyd Banks.
Funeral services, Tuesday, October 23, 11 a.m., Taylorsville 3rd Ward, 1457 West Atherton Dr., Murray. Friends may call McKay Colonial Mortuary, 2128 So. State, Monday from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior at the ward. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
