Born April 9, 1964 in Salt Lake City to David J. and Carol Lynn Hockett Elmer.Survived by his father, David and step-mother, Jean Elmer, Phoenix, Ariz; mother, Carol Elmer; sister, Shauna L. Elmer Moosman, both Salt Lake; and many other family members and friends.
