Twila Pratt Brown, 76, passed away Saturday, October 20, 1990.
She was born August 12, 1914 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Joseph and Lovica Miles Pratt. She married Orman W. Brown May 3, 1947 in Marysville, California; their marriage was later solemnized in the Oakland LDS Temple. He passed away March 2, 1977. She was reared and educated in Salt Lake City, lived most of her life in Utah. She was an active member of the LDS Church, she enjoyed doing temple work. She loved gardening, quilting and travel. Veteran WW II, she served in the Womens Army Corp as a dental technician.Survived by three sons and one daughter, Marlow L. Brown, Woods Cross; Curtis L. Brown, Kaysville; Kerry L. Brown, LaVerkin; Holly L. Comish, Roseville, California; eight grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers and three sisters, Glen Pratt of Neola; Lewis Pratt of Salt Lake City; Viola Rygg of Syracuse; Ruth Peshell of Salt Lake City; and Gladys Dennis of Pacifica, California.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at 1 p.m., in the Kaysville LDS Rock Chapel, 25 South 200 East. Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. at the Lindquiest's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main, and Tuesday at the church, 11:45 to 12:45 p.m. Interment will be in the Lincoln, California City Cemetery.
