Eugene Arthur Trabue died October 20, 1990 in Salt Lake City.
Born October 28, 1924 in Earlton, Kansas, son of Arthur and Alice Dye Trabue. Married Mary Bianco April 2, 1965 in Price, Utah. Member Price Elks Lodge #1550. Former employee Kaiser Steel, Sunnyside Coal Mine. He retired in 1968 after 25 years service. Retired member UMWA Local #9958. An avid golfer, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and a community of friends.Survived by his wife, Mary, Price; two children, Pat and husband Scott Robertson, Helper; Richard H. Jones, Price; nephew Dan R. Johnson, Helper; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Also survived by a sister, Mary Jane Johnson, Chanute, Kansas.
Funeral services Wednesday, 2 p.m., Price Elks Home. Friends may call at Mitchell Chapel Tuesday and Wednesday. Family will be at Mitchells Tuesday evening 7-8 p.m. and at the Elks home Wednesday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery, Helper. Family suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions to Utah Lung Association.
