The man whose arrest touched off the insider trading scandal of the 1980s will be one of several speakers at the annual Human Resources Seminar Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 24 and 25, at Utah State University.

Dennis Levine, former managing director of Drexel Burnham Lambert, will speak Thursday, Oct. 25, at 12:30 p.m. in the Chase Fine Arts Center, where the seminar will be held.Levine was considered one of the top merger and acquisition specialists until his arrest in 1986. Since serving his prison sentence, he has become a leading spokesman on business ethics and white collar crime.
