Ruth Butler Roberts, age 82, died October 24, 1990 in Provo, Utah.
She was born February 23, 1908 in Monroe, Utah to Horace and Ida Gould Butler. Married Hugh E. Roberts, December 14, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Member of the LDS Church.Survived by one daughter and two sons, Dr. James (Denise) Midgley, Plano, Texas; Kay E. Roberts, Simi Valley, California; Evan H. Roberts, Kearns; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, four brothers, Norma Gordon, Provo; Ray and Frank Butler, both of Ammon, Idaho; Wesley Butler, Santa Barbara, California; Dale Butler, Rupert, Idaho.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., in the Charleston LDS Ward Chapel, Charleston, Utah. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Rd., Salt Lake City, and may also call Saturday at church 10 to 10:40 a.m. Interment: Logan City Cemetery.
