Several Salt Lake companies have received an Environmental Compliance Award from the Salt Lake City Council for their concern shown to the environment through clean water discharges, spill prevention and control plans, cooperation and employee training.
They are Roadway Express Inc., 1234 S. 3200 West; Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing West, 2494 Directors Row; Varian, 1678 S. Pioneer Road; Blanchard Metals, 1115 S. Pioneer Road; Ameritech Coatings Inc., 534 W. 800 South; Anodizing and Metal Coatings Inc., 1163 S. 2250 West; and Litton Systems Inc. Guidance and Control, 2211 W. North Temple.
