Magic Mill, a kitchen demonstration center, cooking class and retail food company, soon will open new stores in the Fashion Place, Cottonwood, Valley Fair and University malls.
James M. Harrison, company president, said since he opened his first store in Foothill Village last January acceptance has been high. The new stores will have European styling and full kitchen demonstration centers with the finest kitchen appliances and culinary tools.Instructional demonstrations and specialty cooking classes will be offered on an ongoing basis.
Each store will carry Magic Mill's home flour mill, auto bakeries, dehydrator and breadmaker/mixers. Cutlery, bakeware, small appliances, kitchen tools and custom kitchen furniture will be available in the kitchen center and a bake and cook shop will have fresh, whole grain breads and cookies daily.
