Vocalist Lianne Winterton, Roosevelt, won first place in the senior division of the Utah Farm Bureau's Talent Find Contest during the Farm Bureau's recent annual convention in Salt Lake City.

Winterton, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Winterton, bested three other finalists in capturing the $500 prize. Other finalists include concert pianist Kelly Hubbard, Logan; opera singer Patrice Prince, Heber City; and vocalist Kim Lankford, Moab.
