A car parked on a downtown Seattle street slips into a parking lot after the collapse of a retaining wall and a section of the street. No one was in the car at the time of the accident, and engineers are looking into the cause of the collapse. Officials say they aren't sure if a waterline break was the cause or the result of the collapse. Officials say a two-block section of the street, located along Seattle's waterfront, will be closed indefinitely.
