Willard Liolen (Lyle) Hendrickson, 85, passed away December 27, 1990 in Salt Lake City.

Born August 16, 1905 in Glenwood, Utah, first child of Willard L. and Alfreda Hansen Hendrickson. The family moved to Garfield when Lyle was a teen, he graduated from Cyprus High School where he served as the first student body president. Married Alyce Duckworth September 30, 1926; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died in 1972. In October, 1973, he married Myrtle Larsen Yeates. He was a high priest in the LDS Church. He worked for Kennecott Copper Corporation for over 40 years.Survived by his wife, Magna; daughter and son, Jeanne and husband Robert Rydalch, Oakley; Art K. and wife Marilyn, Salt Lake City; 10 grandchildren, Robyn Sorenson, Michelle Sorensen, both Oakley; Craig Rydalch, Salt Lake City; Mark Rydalch, serving in the San Antonio, Texas mission; Tyler, Trent, Alyson, David, Suzanne and Curtis Hendrickson, all Salt Lake City; four great-grandchildren; brother, Vance, Houston, Texas; step daughter, Karen Rese, San Jose, Calif; four step grandchildren. Preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, Lynn C., Art K., and Hattie Hainsworth.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 31, 11 a.m., in the Magna Central Stake Chapel, 8181 West 3320 South, Magna. Friends may call at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, Magna, Sunday, 6-8 pm. and Monday, at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
