SHARE LEARN TO IMPROVE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT AT Y. DESIGN WEEK SERIES OF LECTURES

Brigham Young University's department of design is sponsoring Design Week 1990, focusing on the creation of modern offices. Through a new computer system, those participating in the week's activities will learn how to design the most efficient office layouts. Also featured will be a new concept of flexible furniture. The event will include displays, lectures and round-table discussions.

Some of the activities scheduled during the week are:Tuesday, March 13, 4-6 p.m. - A keynote address by Paul Brayton, president of Steelcase Partnership.

Wednesday, March 14, noon - Fiona Hughs, Facilities Managing from Steelcase.

Thursday, March 15, noon - Designers Round-Table; 4-6 p.m. - Design Faculty Round-Table.

The public is invited to these free events. For noon meetings, bring your own lunch. Soft drinks will be provided.

These sessions will take place in Room 143 of the Brimhall Building at BYU. For details, call 378-2064.
