The television mentalist, currently appearing at Harrah's Marina Hotel Casino in Atlantic City, N.J., is interested in buying an allegedly haunted house in Nyack, N.Y., on the condition that it does come with ghosts.One person is trying to back out of a deal to buy the 18-room riverfront Victorian house for $650,000 because it is supposedly haunted.

But Kreskin has materialized as a potential buyer, telling his casino audience that he plans to tour the house Tuesday and if he can verify the presence of spectral lodgers, he said he would be in the spirit to make an offer on the house.
