David G. Moore has been named senior vice president and northern region manager of the Key Bank of Utah's Branch Administration Division, and George E. Redd III has been named senior vice president and southern region manager in the same division.

Moore has 20 years of experience with the bank and has worked in the Trust Department. He was named manager of the main office in Ogden in 1984, the bank's largest. In his new position, Moore will be responsible for leading and directing the branch activities for all northern Utah branches and will continue to have his office in Ogden.A native of Salt Lake City, Moore has extensive community involvement in a number of the organizations in the Ogden area.

Redd started with Key Bank in 1974 as a loan officer in the Orem office. In 1975 he was named assistant branch manager of the Provo office and in 1977 became the assistant vice president and manager of that office. Redd was named vice president and manager of the Murray office in 1979 and in 1983 became manager of the Murray office.

A native of Colonia Juarez, Mexico, Redd attended Arizona State University and Brigham Young University where he majored in business and Spanish. In 1987 he graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
