A five-session course to help parents develop responsible behavior in young children, called STEP for Systematic Training for Effective Parenting, is being offered starting April 11 at the Parent Education Resource Center in Farmington.

It will be presented by Julie Riding, a preschool teacher in the Davis School District.The class will meet at 7 p.m. each Wednesday beginning April 11 at the Monte Vista School, 100 S. 200 East, Farmington.
