Western Kentucky won't get a chance to interview Wyoming's Benny Dees, who decided Friday to remain as the Cowboys' head coach.

"I'm where I want to be," Dees told reporters during a conference call. "We got a job to do here and we haven't completed it yet and I intend to do that."The announcement ended several days of speculation that the 52-year-old Dees would flee Wyoming with two years left on his contract for Western Kentucky, where he was an assistant coach from 1970 through 1973.
