Little Caesar's Pizza has reached the $100,000 mark in charitable contributions to the Utah March of Dimes since 1984.
Steve Carey, March of Dimes executive director, said that amount was achieved with the checks totaling $2,300 being presented at Feb. 23 grand opening ceremonies for a local franchise, Utah Pizza Service, in Brigham City.Little Caesar's has played an active role in March of Dimes fund-raising events for the past six years, contributing not only money but time toward efforts to prevent birth defects, said Troy Steiner, an official with the restaurant chain.
Little Caesar's also supports the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization, Easter Seals and several other non-profit groups.
