Having a hard time expressing yourself? Saying no? Handling anger and anxiety? If so, an "assertive training" course, offered by Davis County Mental Health, may be the help you're looking for.
Taught by Connie Chatlin, the eight-week course is designed to help people acquire more self-respect and control over their lives. Sessions will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays, starting April 19, at the Layton Mental Health Center, 2250 N. 1700 West.The class costs $32 and requires preregistration. Call 298-3446.
