"Stormy" Lewis, age 13, died at Primary Children's Hospital March 31, 1990.
She was born April 25, 1976 to Robert R. and Petrina Arlene Withey Lewis.Survived by her parents; grandparents, Albert and Lucil Withey, Oaklahoa; four brothers and sister, Robert, Travis, Wanda, Ted, and Troy.
Funeral services 2 p.m., Tuesday, McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
