A Salt Lake County man was killed Thursday when he was ejected from the vehicle his wife was driving south on I-15, Utah Highway Patrol dispatchers said.
KILLED:James E. Wach, 25, West Jordan.
The 12:38 a.m. accident occurred about six miles north of Cedar City.
The UHP said Wach's 25-year-old wife, Christine, was in critical condition at the University Hospital in Salt Lake. The couple's twin 1-year-old boys, Zachary and Casy, suffered minor injuries.
The woman apparently fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle, which left I-15 and rolled, ejecting her husband, troopers said. The victim was the only occupant not wearing a safety restraint.
