SHARE BIRD SHOW AT AVIARY

Tracy Aviary will offer its free-flying bird show to school groups and other visitors at 11 a.m. Thursdays and Fridays during April and May, in addition to regular show times at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Developed by the aviary's bird trainer Steve Chindgren, the half-hour show features 70 trained eagles, hawks, falcons, owls, pelicans, ravens, hornbills, cockatoos, parrots and macaws.No fee is charged, but regular admission prices are $1.25 for adults, 75 cents for children and 75 cents for senior citizens. Children under 6 and aviary members are admitted free. Schools and other groups pay a reduced fee of 25 cents per child and 50 cents for adults.
