A Salt Lake man was arraigned Thursday on a federal grand jury indictment charging him in connection with a $966 robbery at a Zions First National Bank branch.

U.S. Magistrate Ronald Boyce ordered David Inkley Memmott, 36, held without bond pending the outcome of his trial, set to begin July 16 before Utah federal Judge David Sam.The grand jury Wednesday handed up a one-count indictment charging Memmott in the April 25 robbery of the bank in Salt Lake's Avenues area. If convicted, Memmott could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and fined up to $250,000.
