The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Friday that the Blues are offering Hull a two-year deal for nearly $1 million a year, with an option year and a healthy signing bonus. Hull has said he wants $1 million a year, "no more, no less."Hull, 25, can become a free agent July 1.

Hull's goal total was an NHL record for a right wing, and he had a team-record 113 points. Last year he made $125,000, well down the list among Blues players.
