Automobile dealer Jerry Seiner has purchased Stephen Wade Suzuki and will move the Suzuki franchise to 144 W. 7200 South, Midvale, renaming it Jerry Seiner Buick-GMC Truck-Suzuki.
Company officials said the addition will provide Jerry Seiner customers with a full complement of vehicles ranging from the luxury (Buick) to trucks (GMC) and a high-quality line of subcompact Japanese cars and trucks. The new franchise will increase sales by an estimated $4 million, they said.In addition to vehicles with its nameplate, Suzuki manufactures GEO for General Motors, and versions of the Suzuki Swift and Sidekick are sold under the General Motors GEO name.
