Lynda Miller Stevens, passed away on May 24, 1990 in a Denver hospital.
Born August 12, 1942, to Raymond J. and Faye Frost Miller. She was married to Bryan J. Stevens, November 29, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served in various capacities in the church as a: teacher, secretary, counselor, and president in Primary, counselor in Relief Society on five different occasions, ward librarian, seminary teacher, and as a ward and stake choir member.She is survived by her husband, two sons, Colin M. Stevens, Ulm, Germany; and Shane M. Stevens, Longmont, Colorado; a daughter, Tara Stevens, Denver, Colorado; parents, three brothers, and two sisters, Michael R. (wife, Marian), Randy F., Jim, Toni Wiseman (Mrs. Paul E.), and Debbie Cornish, all Salt Lake City; numerous nieces and nephews. She lived most of her life in Salt Lake City, until she moved to Redmond, Washington with her family in 1981. She has made her home in Denver, Colorado since 1986.
Services will be held at 12 noon on May 29, 1990 in the Littleton 4th Ward Chapel, 8150 South Colorado Blvd., Littleton, Colorado. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., at Mnt View Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Salt Lake City.
